1. Scope of services
Jorema Portugal provides services related to:
- guided virtual property viewings
- in-person viewing support
- property shortlisting assistance
- local market orientation and practical guidance
We do not verify legal ownership, zoning, permits, or technical condition of properties. Any final decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
2. Booking and payment
Services are booked online via this website.
Payment terms
- Starter Package & Upgrades: 100% payment upfront
- Vorteilspaket & Premium Vorteilspaket: 25% down payment at booking
- Remaining 75% is due after the first property viewing
Payment methods:
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Bank transfer
Once payment is completed, the service is considered booked and an automatic email confirmation is sent.
3. Refund policy
- A full refund is available if work has not yet started
- Once service delivery has begun (including preparation, coordination, or communication), refunds are no longer possible
This does not affect statutory consumer rights under EU law.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
By booking a service and requesting it to start within this period, you agree that the right of withdrawal expires once service delivery has begun.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate information
- conducting their own legal, financial, and technical due diligence
- engaging qualified professionals where required
6. Limitation of Liability
Jorema Portugal is not liable for:
- hidden defects or technical issues
- legal irregularities
- valuation differences
- decisions made by the client
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
7. Minimum age rule
Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older.
